Take a look at what is being circulated by candidate Rafael Espinal (attached).
The county committee has not met to vote on a candidate for the democratic line. The special election hasn't been called yet. So why is Espinal passing out literature telling people to VOTE DEMOCRAT?
Is Vito Lopez so sure that he has the votes to award Rafael the Democratic line that he doesn't care that the county committee hasn't voted on it yet?
I mean, really,.to award the democratic party line without voting on it, isn't that...undemocratic?
