Now that the race is heating up in the 32ND District in Queens. I figured now would be a good time to post my interview with City Councilman Eric Ulrich. Councilman Ulrich was very good on the issues, even though I am a Democrat and he is a Republican. I have to give credit where credit is due.
I have included Lynn Schulman's web-site on this post, Lynn is my guest tonight. See where Lynn stands on the issues that are important to you. I have concluded my interview with Lynn. You can now listen to the interview.

The Queens Chronicle transcribed the interview so read about it. I have also included my interview with Camilo.
Juleyka Lantigua was a guest on the program a while back, and she has an incredible body of work. This page is not big enough to hold her resume. What I did do, is include her web-site so that you can read about her. She also included an audio clip of our interview on her web-site so check it out.
Rik Cordero was a guest on THE PEREZ NOTES when he was getting started in the business. He posted the interview I conducted with him on his web-site and I included the link. It is good to see that Rik has made great strides in the industry. Continued success Rik.
Liz Benjamin covered one of my interviews on THE DAILY POLITICS a while back. She was also a guest on THE PEREZ NOTES and you can listen to the interview.
